Helena is a qualified therapist (VTCT level 2 & 3 diploma in facial and body treatments), with 14 years of experience, Helena provides customised treatments tailored to each clients’ individual needs.

She is trained in a range of techniques designed to promote relaxation, pain relief and recovery. In addition she encourages self-care practices between sessions.

Currently studying advanced clinical & sports massage (BTEC level 6), Helena is deepening her understanding of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance sport.

In her spare time you’ll often find Helena on her allotment, out walking, or at the coffee shop.
