Jude first came to reflexology while looking for ways to manage stress and pain in her own life. The difference it made inspired her to train so she could help others find that same relief and rebalancing. She offers reflexology for those who want to feel more in control of their well-being.

Jude trained at the London School of Reflexology. She holds certificates in Maternity Reflexology and VRT for musculoskeletal issues.

Her approach is shaped by lived experience: rehabilitating after a car accident, then from hip replacement surgery, and discovering how small shifts can make a big difference to body and mind. She brings this understanding and empathy into her work, creating space for restoration, resilience, and renewal.

Alongside her therapy practice, Jude teaches singing, a practice that combines discipline, expression, and joy, and mirrors her belief that voice and body are deeply connected to health.

Jude is also an Arbonne Independent Consultant, offering clients access to premium, plant-based products that are vegan, cruelty-free, and guided by a strict ingredient policy. Outside of work, Jude enjoys time outdoors, reading, and painting. She loves to cook and is passionate about nutrition. She also shares life with her much-loved mini dachshund, who keeps her moving, laughing, and grounded in the everyday joys.
